[Baking] Chocolate Chip Cookie

PLEASE note that this post does not have pictures as I'm too lazy and also busy, to take pictures while baking.

Things you will need :
125 grams of butter (room temperature)
125 grams of caster sugar
2 eggs
a little bit of vanilla essence
300 grams of cake flour
5 grams of baking powder
100-125 grams of mini chocolate chips

First. Make sure your butter is of room temperature. Mix caster sugar with butter till light and fluffy :3
Beat the eggs and add the into the batter. It is recommended to add the eggs in, 3 times. Add and mix, repeat. When done, add in vanilla essence. I don't know how should I tell you, but just add in a suitable amount. If you think "this bit" is enough, then just add in "this bit". I added them based on my instinct. Haha!
Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the bowl of batter. When done, use a spatula to press the dough down until batter and the flour are well mixed.
Place your cookie liner in the baking tray, and preheat your oven to 200 degrees!
Slowly pour the dough out bit by bit, on the table or on a board, and add in chocolate chips! Make sure the chocolate chips are evenly spread! :)
Take a little of dough and roll them with your palm! Place them nicely on your baking liner, press 'em down to make it shape like a cookie and they are ready to bake!
Bake in oven for about 12-15 minutes in 180 degrees and your cookie will be done! :D

Note : Please watch over your cookies in case it gets burnt. I am using a microwave oven to bake and therefore, I cannot set the temperature or set the time.
For microwave oven users, simply preheat your oven and put it into bake for about 9-10 minutes. It's alright if your cookie looks "burnt" or "over baked" because, it seriously taste better that way. At least to me! Hahaha!
Welly. Till then! Hope you enjoyed baking ;)
